About Nita Scoggan

Nita has 20 years experience as a speaker, educator, trainer and coach. Her mission and driving force is to help organizations empower people to improve their performance and professional capabilities.

From 1984-1998 Nita was invited to teach a weekly prayer and Bible study by Caroline Sundseth, in her office at The White House, for people on staff. This ministry continued through three presidential administrations – Reagan, Bush and Clinton. Miracles happened in answer to prayer. Lives changed as people applied Biblical principles to situations and relationships.

Nita retired following a 25-year career at the Pentagon, as a Research Analyst and Illustrator. Working for the military instilled in her a great appreciation for the dedication and sacrifices made by the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces.

From 1973-1993, Nita taught daily Bible studies and led prayer sessions for women on staff at the Pentagon. Exciting things happened when women gathered together on their lunch time. Her ministry was credentialed by the Department of Defense Armed Forces Chaplain’s Board, Washington, D.C.
